About This Project
The Factory in Kelowna stands as a striking embodiment of forward-thinking design and community spirit, and proudly serves as our premier Okanagan showroom.
Several years ago, Bo Snarsky of Vibona Enterprises conceived a plan: to establish a venue spotlighting the Okanagan region's leading home construction suppliers. After identifying an ideal site in Kelowna's cultural center, he initiated the ambitious project of converting a run-down two-story structure into a visually stunning, contemporary environment.
One year later, 1302 St. Paul Street has been reborn as The Factory. The building's modern facade incorporates a diverse array of materials, resulting in a textured visual appeal. The exterior of The Factory achieves a sophisticated yet inviting aesthetic through the use of corrugated metal, Hardi plank, liquid natural stone, and titanium-finished windows and doors.
The interior of The Factory evokes the ambiance of a European art gallery, characterized by exquisite hardwood floors, pristine white walls, expansive windows and doors, and minimalist furnishings. Each area within The Factory functions as a captivating exhibit in itself, showcasing elements such as the bathroom, lighting, kitchen, hardwood floors, window coverings, artwork, clay wall, stretch ceiling, and the windows and doors themselves. The director's vision has been realized: to present the pinnacle of home construction and design.
