35 Year Transferable Limited Warranty
This 35-year transferable limited warranty applies to Innotech Defender 76ES, 76TS, 88TS and 88PH+ window and door products manufactured on or after January 1, 2022, installed in owner-occupied single-family homes in Canada or the USA. Coverage includes repair or replacement of defective components for specified durations against defects in materials and workmanship, with labor covered for two years in select regions. The warranty is transferable to subsequent homeowners for 20 years from installation; however, it terminates if the home is unoccupied for over 30 days. Specific coverage periods and exclusions for various product components are detailed within the warranty document.
Defender LS76 & LS88 Warranty
This non-transferable, 10-year limited warranty covers Innotech Defender LS76 & LS88 Lift + Slide Door products manufactured after January 1, 2022, installed in owner-occupied single-family homes in Canada and the USA, against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage specifics vary by component (e.g., 10 years for frames, 5 years for motorized actuators), and labor is covered for two years post-installation (in specified regions) with parts-only coverage thereafter; exclusions apply for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or environmental factors.
Window and Door Covering Warranty
This limited warranty covers Innotech venetian blinds and pleated shades against defects in materials, workmanship, or operational failure for two years, with 90 days of service labor coverage. The warranty is transferable within the two-year period and applies only to owner-occupied single-family homes in Canada and the USA; exclusions apply for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Retractable Screens Warranty
This limited warranty covers Innotech retractable screens for defects in materials and workmanship for ten years from the date of purchase, but excludes the screen mesh. The warranty is transferable within the ten-year period but only applies to the original installation location in owner-occupied single-family homes in Canada and the USA; coverage is subject to several conditions, including timely registration and notification of defects, and excludes damages from misuse, acts of God, or normal wear.
