Bay View Residence

The Bay View Residence, an award-winning custom home demonstrating high-performance design, was conceived by the skilled professionals at Capri Architecture. Situated in Newport, Oregon, this residence is the first to achieve LEED Platinum V.4 certification on the Oregon Coast.

Constructed by Cunningham Built, the home incorporates numerous energy-efficient technologies, such as passive design techniques, high-performance walls, roofing, windows, and doors, alongside solar panels, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and high-efficiency appliances. Thanks to its energy-efficient construction, the home achieves net-zero energy consumption, generating 100% of its energy needs.
