About This Project
This initiative has had a significant and enduring effect, bringing the patented BONE Structure building system to the attention of both homeowners and construction professionals in British Columbia. One such builder who embraced the system is Randy Warm of Ringmaster Construction.
Randy, operating out of North Vancouver, BC, has dedicated nearly two decades to constructing award-winning residences in the Sea to Sky Corridor. Constantly seeking methods to elevate his projects and deliver increased value to his clientele – through enhanced energy efficiency, greater resilience, and year-round comfort – Randy immediately recognized the potential when he first encountered BONE Structure.
“I found it impressive,” Randy states. “The BONE Structure system not only enables us to construct a home much faster, but it also allows us to achieve double the performance. Our clients also appreciate the streamlined design process; they can concentrate on the interior aspects that interest them most, confident that the building envelope is already optimized.”
BONE Structure, a Canadian-made product, represents a high-performance, light steel construction system known for its adaptability, durability, and eco-friendliness. Suited for residential, multi-family, and commercial applications, the BONE Structure system caters to homeowners and building experts seeking superior results in their projects.
This particular high-performance residence in Whistler, boasting over 3,500 square feet of comfortable living space, showcases BONE Structure’s signature expansive open layouts with striking floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. “We chose Innotech products for this project because they align perfectly with the BONE Structure system,” Randy explains. “The windows and doors possess the energy efficiency, thermal properties, and structural integrity necessary to complement BONE Structure’s high-performance building envelope.”
Innotech provided our European windows and doors with a charcoal black exterior and white interior finish. Engineered with our Hybrid Framing and Defender Hardware Systems, our products are designed to ensure exceptional air, water, and structural performance, even when manufactured for extra-large openings – making them an ideal complement to the BONE Structure system.
On November 20-22, 2015, BONE Structure organized a Bare BONE Open House at this stunning property. More than 500 individuals toured the home and learned about the advantages of building with high-performance building technologies and materials. View the event trailer and recap here:
