Laneway Loft House, conceived and constructed by Smallworks Studios, exemplifies cutting-edge technology, advanced construction techniques, and environmentally responsible building materials. This project demonstrates a sustainable, high-design answer to the growing demand for increased density in urban residential areas. The City of Vancouver has approved Laneway Housing as a novel housing concept within its EcoDensity Charter.
