Laneway Loft House

Innotech is pleased to announce that it was selected as the exclusive provider of windows and exterior doors for the Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association (GVHBA) laneway loft house, a key feature at the Spring 2009 BC Home + Garden Show in Vancouver.

The 624-sq. ft. Laneway Loft House, conceived and constructed by Smallworks Studios, exemplifies cutting-edge technology, advanced construction techniques, and environmentally responsible building materials. This project demonstrates a sustainable, high-design answer to the growing demand for increased density in urban residential areas. The City of Vancouver has approved Laneway Housing as a novel housing concept within its EcoDensity Charter.
