Nordic Touch

The "Nordic Touch" residence, crafted by Pavel Denisov Design, is an energy-efficient custom home spanning 3,297 sq. ft., located in North Vancouver, BC, and recognized with awards for its design. Employing advanced construction methods and materials, this home boasts an EnerGuide rating of 85 alongside an airtightness level of 1.77 ACH.

Its exterior walls showcase a cutting-edge, pre-fabricated system sourced from Finland. These 8" thick walls, constructed with precision-engineered tongue and groove timber, play a crucial role in enhancing airtightness and fostering superior indoor air quality. Further contributing to the building's sealed envelope are our dual-seal tilt and turn windows, complemented by our triple-seal patio doors.

"Nordic Touch" was the recipient of the 2018 Georgie Awards award for Best Innovative Feature, and also earned nominations for Best Single Family Home (up to $900K) and Best Interior Design.
