The structure showcases a classic post and beam framework, distinguished by soaring vaulted ceilings with visible beams, expansive energy-efficient European windows and doors, and a modern, open-concept layout.

Innotech provided the numerous tilt and turn windows and exterior doors utilized throughout the home. Finished in black both inside and out, these windows and doors offer a sleek, contemporary counterpoint to the abundant natural wood detailing present in the design.

Beyond the remarkable timber framing and expert woodwork, a key highlight of the home is undoubtedly the living room. This space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, including two sets of double Tilt + Turn Doors accompanied by fixed side windows. These doors provide access to a generously sized outdoor living space and a wraparound porch.
