About This Project
Innotech contributed to the successful fusion of aesthetics and functionality by providing a selection of our high-end triple-glazed Tilt + Turn Windows and exterior doors. The robust triple seal system ensures the airtightness, water resistance, and thermal efficiency that sophisticated builders and homeowners now require. To create a visually appealing contrast with the natural construction elements, the windows and doors feature our widely favored black exterior finish.
Terry Bergen, Managing Principal at Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd, emphasized the significance of high-performance windows and doors in achieving his objective of constructing a highly energy-efficient residence: "Innotech and the power we obtain from the fenestration are essential for achieving the performance objectives."
In an interview with Modern Home Victoria, Ryan Hoyt aptly summarized the residence, stating, "This home undoubtedly boasts the most advanced building enclosure I have encountered in a single-family dwelling. Frequently, we prioritize aesthetics, resulting in the bare minimum of high-performance features 'behind the walls.' However, in this conceptually driven home, we successfully combined both an aesthetically pleasing product and a high-performance design."
The home has undergone a remarkable transformation. While the exterior lines may suggest its origins, the combination of materials, colors, architectural lines, and landscaping has completely erased any remnants of its 1960s heritage. Moreover, with its energy-efficient enhancements both inside and out, the home is well-equipped for the demands of 21st-century living.
