The expansive residence and its adjacent amenities building incorporate numerous windows and doors, including a variety of Tilt + Turn Windows, Picture Windows, Tilt + Glide Doors, Lift + Slide Doors, and Terrace Swing Doors. The home also features diverse window and door configurations throughout.

Beyond the design flexibility required to create these varied window and door configurations, performance and long-term durability were critical considerations. Situated in a location exposed to strong river winds, heavy rainfall, and increased sunshine relative to much of the Lower Mainland, the property demanded a design that was not only visually appealing but also robust enough to endure the unique climate for years to come.
