About This Project

In Redmond, Washington, just outside Seattle, a unique hotel concept combines two well-known Starwood brands within a single building, catering to both short visits and extended stays.

Crafted by the architectural vision of Ankrom Moisan Architects and constructed by Absher, the six-story structure houses over 270 rooms, complemented by a spacious courtyard, adaptable event and meeting facilities, an indoor splash pool, a fitness center, and on-site dining options. The Aloft Hotel brand is known for its 'urban-inspired spaces and vibrant social scenes for the next-gen traveler', while the Element by Westin brand provides 'extended stay reimagined' through 'open, modern design, [and] healthy options'.

Innotech provided Defender 76DS System windows, featuring a black exterior and a white interior finish. These windows are integral to ensuring guest comfort by delivering excellent sound insulation and resistance to air infiltration, while also ensuring reduced energy consumption and lower maintenance demands for the building owner.

More details and images of this project can be found on Absher's portfolio. page.
