Situated in Des Moines, Washington, conveniently located between Tacoma and Seattle, the Seattle Airport South is a 225-room hotel operating under Starwood’s "Four Points by Sheraton Hotels" brand. This seven-story establishment incorporates our windows throughout all guest rooms, as well as in communal spaces like the lobby, fitness center, and swimming pool area. The windows, finished in our widely favored Met Brush Silver Exterior with a white interior, are implemented in both operable and fixed formats.

Initially, hotel management expressed reservations about transitioning from conventional aluminum windows. However, the enhanced performance characteristics of our uPVC windows presented a compelling opportunity for the owners to realize cost savings through decreased energy usage and reduced long-term maintenance expenses.
