University Pointe at College Station

The newly constructed University Pointe at College Station, a LEED® registered building in downtown Portland, serves as a sustainable living and educational hub. This 16-story high-rise accommodates more than 1,000 students and incorporates two floors of classrooms with retail space on the ground level.

Innotech collaborated with American Campus Communities, SERA Architects, and Walsh Construction to provide 1,813 Tilt + Turn and Picture Windows for this project, completing the supply within a 24-week timeframe. To adhere to the project's strict timeline, we arranged for weekly deliveries of one 53 ft. trailer to the location for the duration of the 24 weeks.

Innotech windows undergo testing to ensure a water resistance rating of B7, equivalent to 14.7 PSF. To ensure consistently watertight products, we conduct in-house testing on five percent of the windows, and an additional window from each shipment was tested at the University Pointe site.
