RiverWest Apartments is a waterfront residential complex situated in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Washington. Finished in 2019, RiverWest Apartments is an integral component of the city’s expansive $1.5 billion revitalization project, encompassing 20 city blocks along the Columbia River known as The Waterfront, a comprehensively planned community offering urban riverfront access.

The seven-story RiverWest Apartments occupies an entire city block and features underground parking, ground-level retail spaces, and 206 contemporary apartments. The mixed-use residential structure was conceived and built in alignment with The Waterfront’s sustainability objectives, while simultaneously optimizing the stunning views of the adjacent bridges, river, hills, and Waterfront Park.

Among the impressive array of amenities at RiverWest Apartments is the generous courtyard located on a portion of the third floor. Featuring a putting green, fire tables with abundant seating, and verdant landscaping, the courtyard provides residents with a secluded outdoor retreat and remarkable vistas.

RiverWest Apartments has achieved LEED™ Platinum certification for multi-family developments, marking a first for Vancouver in the Multifamily Midrise category. Meticulous attention was paid to the building's envelope, lighting specifications, and other facets of energy consumption to curtail overall energy usage.

Innotech provided the high-performance windows and doors for this eco-conscious multi-family project. A total of 612 fixed and operable windows, along with 82 exterior doors, were produced and supplied over the course of several months. The modern apartments incorporate large window expanses to maximize natural light penetration without sacrificing energy conservation. Each unit is also equipped with multiple tilt and turn windows to facilitate efficient natural air circulation. Select residences, depending on their placement within the building, also incorporate specialized glazing technologies for noise reduction.
