In 2009, a comprehensive building envelope renovation was conducted on the mid-rise structure. As part of this project, Soltner Group Architects chose Innotech to replace the existing tilt and turn windows and patio doors. The installation included a total of 290 Tilt + Turn Windows, 22 outswing Terrace Swing Doors, and 106 Tilt + Glide Doors.
