InGastown is a nine-story concrete structure featuring 61 residential units and ground-level retail space. Conceived by Evoke International Design, the building reflects the dynamic character of downtown Vancouver's most vibrant district.

Innotech provided all windows and doors for this project, including Fixed Windows, Tilt Before Turn Windows, Tilt + Glide Doors, and Tilt + Turn Doors. The design team selected more than twelve different window and door configurations, featuring a charcoal black exterior finish and a white interior finish.

Additional design elements include colored ceramic frit glass and custom-designed glass railings. The colored glass, strategically applied to select windows, will create a chic, luminous effect at night when the homes are lit. The glass railings will be installed as a safety feature behind doors with Juliet balconies.
