Located in downtown Portland, Sky3 is a 15-story mixed-use residential building featuring 196 apartments with scenic views, high-end amenities, and numerous social areas. It also includes over 14,500 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor. The building earned LEEDⒸ Silver certification.

Innotech provided the European-style windows and doors for each apartment in the building, which was completed in 2017. These expansive windows and doors maximize natural light, provide exceptional mountain and city views, and ensure ample natural ventilation throughout each residence.
