Innotech successfully achieved its dual objectives for this project.

By collaborating closely with both the builder and the design team, Innotech proactively resolved building envelope interface concerns, effectively preventing potential delays and cost overruns. We also maintained a strong working relationship with the contractor to overcome logistical hurdles, particularly in coordinating time-sensitive deliveries with crane availability on a construction site that offered limited loading access. Over a ten-month period, Innotech provided more than 1,300 windows and doors. Standard deliveries consisted of 40 to 60 windows and doors, transported approximately twice weekly via a 50-foot flat deck trailer.

The Mirabella project represents a key accomplishment for Innotech, demonstrating our company's capacity to fulfill the requirements of large-scale projects.
