Veer Lofts, a 99-unit residential condominium achieving LEED® Silver certification, elegantly merges design elements recalling the industrial past of its Seattle locale with cutting-edge building methods and striking living environments.

The architect utilized Innotech's titanium acryl-protect exterior finish to achieve the desired aesthetic – the reflective, metallic appearance of aluminum – while ensuring energy efficiency and water resistance, key characteristics of the Hybrid Steel + uPVC pressure equalized fenestration system. The high-performance glass package allows significant visible light transmission, coupled with low U-values and effective solar shading, promoting year-round occupant comfort. In conjunction with our Hybrid Framing System, this glass package further reduces energy consumption during both summer and winter months.
